1. Digital Products – No Standard Refunds
Since all orders are digital and custom-created, refunds are not provided once work has started or delivered.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
A refund may be issued only in these rare cases:
- Payment was made by mistake and no work has started.
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Technical payment issues confirmed by the payment gateway.
In all other cases, no refunds will be issued.
3. Wallet Top-Up Refunds
- Wallet top-ups are non-refundable, including bonus amounts.
- Wallet money cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn.
4. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your digital file due to a technical error, we will re-send it at no extra charge. This does not qualify for a refund.
5. Dissatisfaction with Design
Design dissatisfaction is handled through revisions as per the plan.
Refunds are not given for “change of mind.”
6. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved under allowed conditions:
- Processing time: 7–10 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method only.
